Holiday Yorkshire Pudding
This traditional British dish is usually served as part of a main course, and is the perfect addition to any holiday feast.

- 1 cup milk
- 2 large eggs
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1⁄4 tsp. salt
- 1⁄2 cup fresh beef fat from a roast
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Place a 9-by-9-inch pan in the oven.
- Mix together the milk and eggs. In a large mixing bowl, mix together the flour and salt. Stir the milk mixture into the flour mixture so that it forms a smooth paste.
- Cover the bottom of the hot pan with the beef fat. Pour the batter over the beef fat. Bake the pudding until golden, about 20 minutes.
