This dessert contains only one ingredient: bananas. Yet when frozen and puréed, the crystallized fruit mimics the look, taste, and texture of ice cream so perfectly, it’s almost magic.

  • 4 ripe bananas, peeled and frozen


  • Slice bananas into chunks. Place chunks into a blender or food processor and pulse until smooth.
  • Scoop mixture out and serve immediately.
