Homemade Boursin Cheese
Boursin is the brand name of a French triple-cream cheese flavored with herbs and spices. Serve it with baguette slices as an appetizer, slather it onto a sandwich, or stir it into scrambled eggs.

- ½ lb. triple-cream Brie cheese
- ¼ tsp. salt
- ½ tsp. garlic powder
- 1 Tbsp. minced Italian parsley
- ¼ tsp. ground black pepper
- Remove the rind from the triple-cream cheese and put the cheese in a small bowl. Add remaining ingredients and mix thoroughly. Chill for 1 hour, then bring to room temperature before serving.
