Homemade Café Mocha
Café mocha is the perfect pick-me-up on a cold winter’s day. You can jazz up this drink for guests by replacing the low-fat milk with whole milk, and garnishing with chocolate syrup, whipped cream, and grated chocolate.

- 1 cup low-fat milk
- 2 tsp. instant coffee
- 2 Tbsp. sweetened hot chocolate
- ¼ tsp. ground cinnamon
- Bring the ingredients to boil in a medium saucepan, stirring frequently to dissolve the chocolate. Serve warm.
