Homemade Guacamole
Avocados are a unique fruit because they are naturally high in fat. Since you need some fat in your diet, guacamole makes a really healthy choice.

Ingredients
- 2 large ripe avocados, pitted and peeled
- 1⁄2 cup diced tomatoes
- 1⁄2 tsp. minced garlic
- 1⁄2 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. minced green chili
- 2 tsp. lemon juice
- 1⁄2 cup fat-free sour cream
Directions
- Mix all ingredients to desired texture.
