Homemade Horseradish Sauce
This is great on any kind of beef, giving a lively and spicy flavor.

- 1⁄2 cup fresh horseradish cut in small pieces
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1⁄2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 Tbsp. cider vinegar
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1⁄2 tsp. celery salt
- 1⁄8 tsp. freshly ground white pepper
- Place all ingredients in blender and grind until minced. Place in jar or plastic container. Refrigerate overnight.
