Homemade Tomato Juice
This thirst-quencher is loaded with electrolytes to help you rehydrate and replenish. It’s an all-natural “energy drink”!

- 10 large tomatoes, seeded and sliced
- 1 tsp. lemon juice
- ¼ tsp. ground black pepper
- 1 Tbsp. maple syrup
- Place tomatoes in a 2-quart slow cooker. Cover; cook on low for 4 hours.
- Press cooked tomatoes through a sieve. Add remaining ingredients and chill.
