Homemade Tomato Juice

This thirst-quencher is loaded with electrolytes to help you rehydrate and replenish. It’s an all-natural “energy drink”!

  • 10 large tomatoes, seeded and sliced
  • 1 tsp. lemon juice
  • ¼ tsp. ground black pepper
  • 1 Tbsp. maple syrup


  • Place tomatoes in a 2-quart slow cooker. Cover; cook on low for 4 hours.
  • Press cooked tomatoes through a sieve. Add remaining ingredients and chill.
