Homemade Vegan Worcestershire Sauce

Ingredients

  • 1 1⁄2 cups cider vinegar
  • 1⁄4 cup plum jam
  • 1 Tbsp. blackstrap molasses
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1⁄8 tsp. chili powder
  • 1⁄8 tsp. ground cloves
  • Pinch cayenne pepper
  • 1⁄4 cup chopped onion
  • 1⁄2 tsp. ground allspice
  • 1⁄8 tsp. dry mustard
  • 1 tsp. Braggʼs Liquid Aminos

Directions

  • Combine all the ingredients in large saucepan and stir until mixture boils.
  • Lower heat and simmer uncovered for 1 hour, stirring occasionally. Store in covered jar in refrigerator. Will keep in refrigerator up to 2 weeks.
