- 12 small carrots, peeled
- 1 cups water
- 3 Tbsp. butter
- 2 cloves garlic, peeled and minced
- 3 Tbsp. honey
- 1 tsp. fresh thyme
- 1⁄2 tsp. salt
- 1⁄8 tsp. ground black pepper
- In large saucepan, combine carrots and water and bring to a boil. Reduce heat, cover, and simmer for 4 to 5 minutes or until carrots are just barely tender. Drain and place carrots in serving bowl.
- Return pan to heat and add butter and garlic. Cook and stir over medium heat until garlic is fragrant. Return carrots to pot and add honey, thyme, salt, and pepper. Cook and stir for 2 to 3 minutes until carrots are glazed. Serve immediately.
