Honey Curry Dressing

- ½ cup water
- 2 Tbsp. honey
- 2 tsp. all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp. curry powder
- ¼ tsp. dry mustard
- ⅛ tsp. salt
- 1 large egg, beaten
- 2 Tbsp. unsweetened orange juice
- 1 Tbsp. vinegar
- In a medium saucepan, combine water, honey, flour, curry powder, dry mustard, and salt. Add egg, orange juice, and vinegar. Stir until until smooth.
- Cook over low heat, stirring constantly until thickened, about 5 minutes. Cover tightly and chill 1 hour before serving.
