Honey Curry Dressing

Ingredients

  • ½ cup water
  • 2 Tbsp. honey
  • 2 tsp. all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp. curry powder
  • ¼ tsp. dry mustard
  • ⅛ tsp. salt
  • 1 large egg, beaten
  • 2 Tbsp. unsweetened orange juice
  • 1 Tbsp. vinegar

Directions

  • In a medium saucepan, combine water, honey, flour, curry powder, dry mustard, and salt. Add egg, orange juice, and vinegar. Stir until until smooth.
  • Cook over low heat, stirring constantly until thickened, about 5 minutes. Cover tightly and chill 1 hour before serving.
