- 5 cups water
- ¾ cup lemon juice
- ¾ cup honey
- 1 piece ginger root (2"), sliced
- Combine all the ingredients in a 2-quart or smaller slow cooker. Cover and cook on high for 2 hours.
- Turn to low to keep warm for serving or chill and serve over ice.
