Honey-Ginger Lemonade

Serve cold on a hot summer day, or warm on a cold winter night!

  • 5 cups water
  • ¾ cup lemon juice
  • ¾ cup honey
  • 1 piece ginger root (2"), sliced


  • Combine all the ingredients in a 2-quart or smaller slow cooker. Cover and cook on high for 2 hours.
  • Turn to low to keep warm for serving or chill and serve over ice.
