Honey Hot Cocoa Kellogg's® Special K® Shooters

Think outside the bowl! These cereal shooters combine Kellogg’s® Special K®, sweet (and slightly spicy) chocolate cream and coconut flakes for a fun morning meal or party dessert.

Ingredients

  • 1⁄4 cup unsweetened coconut milk
  • 2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1⁄8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1 cup Kellogg’s® Special K® Cereal Original
  • 1 tablespoon unsweetened coconut flakes

Directions

  • In a small bowl, whisk coconut milk until smooth. Whisk in cocoa powder, honey and cayenne pepper. Transfer to airtight container; refrigerate 2 to 24 hours.
  • In six 2-ounce shot glasses, evenly divide cereal. Over each cup, pour chocolate mixture. Garnish with coconut flakes.
