HONEY MAID S’mores Mug Cake
Cozy up on a summer night and grab your favorite mug for a marshmallowy, chocolatey s’mores cake.

Ingredients
- 4 1⁄2 HONEY MAID Honey Grahams, divided
- 2 tbsp. brown sugar
- 1⁄8 tsp. baking powder
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
- 1 egg, beaten
- 2 tbsp. milk chocolate chips
- 4 tsp. marshmallow creme
- 1 tsp. chocolate sauce
Directions
- Crush 4 whole grahams finely; place in medium bowl. Stir in sugar and baking powder. Add butter and egg; mix well. Stir in chocolate chips.
- Spoon into 2 (8 ounce or larger) microwaveable mugs sprayed with cooking spray. Microwave on HIGH 2 minutes or until tops spring back when lightly touched. Let stand 1 minute.
- Break remaining graham piece in half. Top desserts with marshmallow creme, chocolate sauce and graham pieces.
