Honey Mustard Dressing

This dressing is lower in fat than others, because part of the oil is replaced by chicken broth.

Ingredients

  • ½ cup chicken broth
  • ½ cup vegetable oil
  • 2 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
  • 1 Tbsp. honey
  • 2 Tbsp. white wine vinegar
  • 1 tsp. minced onion
  • ¼ tsp. salt
  • ⅛ tsp. ground white pepper

Directions

  • Combine ingredients in a blender and pulse until smooth.
