Honey-Mustard Pork Loin
A mixture of mustard and honey keep the pork from drying out during the long cooking time.

- 3 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
- 1 Tbsp. mild honey
- ½ lb. pork tenderloin
- In a small bowl, mix the mustard and honey. Spread the mixture on the pork tenderloin in an even layer.
- Place into a 2-quart slow cooker. Cook on low for 6 hours.
