Honey Mustard Salmon
Honey and mustard make an irresistible flavor combination with rich and savory salmon fillets. You can multiply this recipe for a larger crowd; marinating and cooking times remain the same.

- ⅓ cup honey mustard salad dressing
- 2 Tbsp. honey
- 1 tsp. dill
- 2 Tbsp. butter, melted
- 4 salmon fillets (6 oz. each)
- In shallow casserole dish, combine salad dressing, honey, dill , and butter and mix well. Add salmon fillets and turn to coat. Cover and let stand at room temperature for 10 minutes.
- Prepare and preheat grill or broiler. Remove salmon from marinade and place, skin-side down, on grill or broiler pan. Cover and grill, or broil, 6 inches from heat for 8–12 minutes, until salmon is cooked and flakes when tested with a fork, brushing with remaining marinade halfway through cooking time. Discard remaining marinade. Serve immediately.
