Honey-Sesame Dressing
This can be used for dressing a chicken and cabbage salad, cooked and chilled vegetables, or basic salad greens. It is also a great marinade for grilling.

Ingredients
- 1 cup canola oil
- 1⁄2 cup sesame oil
- 1⁄2 cup honey
- 1 Tbsp. peeled, chopped fresh ginger root
- 1 Tbsp. minced scallions
- 1 tsp. minced garlic
- 1⁄2 cup rice vinegar
- 1 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. ground black pepper
Directions
- Combine ingredients in a blender or food processor and blend.
