Honey-Sesame Dressing

This can be used for dressing a chicken and cabbage salad, cooked and chilled vegetables, or basic salad greens. It is also a great marinade for grilling.

  • 1 cup canola oil
  • ½ cup sesame oil
  • ½ cup honey
  • 1 Tbsp. peeled, chopped fresh ginger root
  • 1 Tbsp. minced scallions
  • 1 tsp. minced garlic
  • ½ cup rice vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp. soy sauce
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. ground black pepper

  • Combine ingredients in a blender or food processor and blend.
