Honey Yogurt (Shahad Wale Dahi)

This refreshing recipe is best served chilled. You can use plain yogurt for this if you like, but hung yogurt provides a creamier texture.

  • 3 cups hung yogurt or Greek yogurt
  • 4 Tbsp. honey
  • ¼ tsp. toasted saffron
  • 2 Tbsp. raisins, for garnish


  • Combine the yogurt, honey, and saffron in a bowl; mix well. Chill, covered, for about 30 minutes. Serve topped with raisins.
