- 2 large eggs
- 1⁄2 cup honey
- 1⁄4 cup sugar
- 1⁄4 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 2⁄3 cup chopped pecans
- 4 unbaked pastry tartlet shells (4 inches)
- Preheat oven to 400°F.
- In a bowl, beat together the honey, sugar, salt, vanilla, and pecans. Pour into the pastry shells.
- Bake for 15 to 18 minutes, or until the filling is set. Let cool.
