Ingredients

  • 2 large eggs
  • 1⁄2 cup honey
  • 1⁄4 cup sugar
  • 1⁄4 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 2⁄3 cup chopped pecans
  • 4 unbaked pastry tartlet shells (4 inches)

Directions

  • Preheat oven to 400°F.
  • In a bowl, beat together the honey, sugar, salt, vanilla, and pecans. Pour into the pastry shells.
  • Bake for 15 to 18 minutes, or until the filling is set. Let cool.
