Honeydew and Prosciutto
Similar to the pairing of figs and Gorgonzola, the sweetness of melon and the saltiness of prosciutto are a perfect combination.

- 1 large fresh honeydew or cantaloupe
- ½ lb. fresh prosciutto, very thinly sliced
- Peel the melon and cut the fruit into 10 wedges.
- Wrap or drape each wedge with 1 slice of prosciutto, and serve.
