Similar to the pairing of figs and Gorgonzola, the sweetness of melon and the saltiness of prosciutto are a perfect combination.

  • 1 large fresh honeydew or cantaloupe
  • ½ lb. fresh prosciutto, very thinly sliced


  • Peel the melon and cut the fruit into 10 wedges.
  • Wrap or drape each wedge with 1 slice of prosciutto, and serve.
