Hopped and Honeyed Mustard
Impress your party guests with homemade mustard. This beer and honey version is good on burgers, hot dogs, grilled chicken or even soft pretzels.

- 1⁄2 cup mustard seeds
- 1⁄2 cup IPA beer
- 1⁄2 cup water
- 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1⁄2 teaspoon coarse salt
- Combine all ingredients in a Mason jar and refrigerate for 48 hours.
- Transfer everything to a blender or food processor. Process to desired texture. Adjust seasoning to taste.
- Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 months.
