Hot Cinnamon Chili Peanuts
These seasoned peanuts are a surprising hit with chili powder and cinnamon and just a hint of sweetness with honey and brown sugar.

- 1½ cups unsalted peanuts
- ¼ cup brown sugar
- 2 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 1½ tsp. chili powder
- ¼ tsp. salt
- 2 tsp. honey
- 2 tsp. vegetable oil
- Combine all ingredients and place in a greased 2.5-quart slow cooker.
- Cover slow cooker and vent lid with a chopstick or the handle of a wooden spoon. Cook on high for 2 hours.
- Pour peanut mixture out onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Allow to cool and dry and then transfer to a container with an airtight lid. Store in the pantry for up to 2 weeks.
