Hudson Valley Steak Sauce
Born in a camp on a bank of the Hudson River, this sauce does wonders for steaks. It can also be used on fish, lobster, clams, and shrimp.

- 1 stick butter
- 3 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- ½ cup chili sauce
- 2 drops Tabasco sauce, or to taste
- Juice of ½ lemon
- Melt the butter and stir in the rest of the ingredients. Baste the food with the sauce as it grills, preferably over a wood fire.
