Iced Vanilla Latte

  • 1 cup water
  • 1 1⁄2 cups sugar
  • 4 teaspoons Pure Vanilla Extract
  • Ice
  • 12 cups cold brew coffee
  • 4 cups whole milk
  • Reddi-wip®


  • To make the vanilla syrup combine water and sugar over medium heat in a small saucepan. Stir occasionally until sugar is dissolved. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract. Cool in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
  • To make a latte, fill a 16-ounce glass with ice, add 1-2 tablespoons vanilla syrup, ¼ cup milk and ¾ cup cold brew. Stir to combine. Top with a generous swirl of Reddi-wip® if desired.
  • Refrigerate leftover vanilla syrup in a closed container for up to 3 weeks.
