- ½ cup quick oats
- ¾ cup water
- 1 medium ripe banana, peeled and mashed
- Measure oats and water into a small microwave-safe bowl and stir to combine.
- Place bowl in microwave and cook 2 minutes on high.
- Remove bowl from microwave and stir in the mashed banana. Serve immediately.
