  • ½ cup quick oats
  • ¾ cup water
  • 1 medium ripe banana, peeled and mashed


  • Measure oats and water into a small microwave-safe bowl and stir to combine.
  • Place bowl in microwave and cook 2 minutes on high.
  • Remove bowl from microwave and stir in the mashed banana. Serve immediately.
