  • 1 cup chopped spinach
  • 1 cup chopped broccoli
  • 3 medium apples, peeled and cored
  • 1⁄4 cup parsley leaves
  • 2 cups purified water


  • Place spinach, broccoli, apples, parsley, and 1 cup water in a blender and blend until thoroughly combined.
  • Add remaining 1 cup water, as needed, while blending until desired consistency is achieved.
