- 1 cup chopped spinach
- 1 cup chopped broccoli
- 3 medium apples, peeled and cored
- ¼ cup parsley leaves
- 2 cups purified water
- Place spinach, broccoli, apples, parsley, and 1 cup water in a blender and blend until thoroughly combined.
- Add remaining 1 cup water, as needed, while blending until desired consistency is achieved.
