This classic dressing comes together in less than 5 minutes and is sure to add a little zip to any meal.

- 1⁄3 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1⁄2 tsp. dry mustard
- 1 tsp. lemon juice
- 2 cloves garlic, peeled and chopped
- 1 tsp. dried oregano
- 1⁄2 tsp. salt
- 1⁄2 tsp. ground black pepper
- 1⁄2 cup extra-virgin olive oil
- Place all ingredients except oil in a bowl. While whisking, slowly pour in oil. Whisk until very smooth. Serve immediately on salad or cover and store in the refrigerator for up to 7 days.
