Italian-Style Baby Pork Balls
You can make these for a cocktail party or a snack on game night. They also make a good family meal served with pasta or mashed potatoes.

Ingredients
- 1⁄2 cup canola oil
- 1 tsp. dried oregano
- 1 Tbsp. minced garlic
- 1⁄2 cup dry bread crumbs
- 1⁄2 cup raisins
- 1 tsp. red pepper flakes
- 1⁄2 cup pine nuts
- 1 lb. lean ground pork
Directions
- Heat the oil in a large nonstick frying pan over medium heat. Mix all of the rest of the ingredients together and roll into marble-sized balls, about 1 inch in diameter.
- Fry the meatballs, turning constantly to brown evenly, about 5 minutes per side. Drain on paper towels.
