Jalapeño Cheddar Grilled Cheese

Ingredients
- 2 slices Dietz & Watson Jalapeño Cayenne Cheddar Cheese
- 1 package Dietz & Watson bacon
- 1 jalapeño, sliced in half with membranes removed
- 2 oz. cream cheese
- 2 slices Italian bread
- 1 tbsp. butter
Directions
- Preheat oven to 375°.
- Stuff each jalapeño half with just about 1 ounce of cream cheese.
- Bake stuffed jalapeños on cookie sheet for 25-30 minutes. Remove from oven and cut into bite sized pieces.
- Cooke bacon to desired crispness.
- Place two slices of jalapeño cayenne cheddar cheese on side of sliced Italian bread.
- Top cheese with jalapeño and bacon slices, then close with other half of bread.
- Spread butter on both halves of bread, and then place sandwich on pan with medium-low heat.
- Grill up each side until bread is lightly browned and cheese is melted and gooey.
