Jazzed-Up Chicken Pita
Refrigerating the filling makes for a better-tasting sandwich, as it gives the flavors a chance to blend.

- 2 Tbsp. honey mustard
- 1 Tbsp. mayonnaise
- 1⁄2 tsp. soy sauce
- 1⁄2 tsp. granulated sugar
- 1⁄2 cup chopped cooked chicken breast
- 1⁄2 cup spinach mix
- 1⁄4 cup chopped walnuts
- 2 pita pocket halves
- Pinch paprika
- Mix together the honey mustard, mayonnaise, soy sauce, and sugar. Add the chicken breast, spinach mix, and walnuts and mix thoroughly. Refrigerate in a sealed container for 2 hours before using.
- Fill each pita half with an equal amount of filling, sprinkle paprika over the top and serve.
