  • 1 Tbsp. onion powder
  • 2 tsp. ground dried ginger
  • 2 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1 tsp. ground allspice
  • 1 tsp. hot paprika
  • 1 /2 tsp. dried thyme
  • 1 /2 tsp. fennel seeds
  • 1 /2 tsp. ground black pepper
  • 1 /4 tsp. cayenne
  • 1 /4 tsp. ground cloves

Directions

  • Place all ingredients in a spice grinder or mortar and pestle. Process until crushed and coarsely ground.
