- 1 whole jicama
- 2 cups spinach
- ½ medium beet
- ½ lemon, peeled
- 1 medium orange, peeled
- Process the jicama through an electronic juicer according to the manufacturer’s directions.
- Add the spinach.
- Add the beet, followed by the lemon and orange segments.
- Whisk or shake the juice to combine ingredients and serve over ice, if desired.
