Ingredients

  • 1 whole jicama
  • 2 cups spinach
  • ½ medium beet
  • ½ lemon, peeled
  • 1 medium orange, peeled

Directions

  • Process the jicama through an electronic juicer according to the manufacturer’s directions.
  • Add the spinach.
  • Add the beet, followed by the lemon and orange segments.
  • Whisk or shake the juice to combine ingredients and serve over ice, if desired.
