  • 6 cups Simple Truth Organic™ Baby Kale
  • 2 tablespoons Simple Truth Organic™ Italian Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon coarse sea salt


  • Preheat oven to 275°F.
  • Toss kale with olive oil and salt; arrange on baking sheet. Bake until crisp, turning leaves halfway through, about 15 minutes.
