Keto Caprese Sandwiches

With the addition of a delicious keto-friendly bread stand-in, Caprese salad is transformed into a more filling meal that you can enjoy at home or on the go.

  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon balsamic vinegar
  • 8 Simple Truthâ„¢ Garlic Herb Puff Bunz, thawed
  • 8 ounces fresh mozzarella, sliced
  • 2 vine-on tomatoes, sliced
  • 8 Simple Truth Organic Basil
  • Salt
  • Ground pepper


  • In small bowl, stir together mayonnaise and vinegar.
  • Spread mayo mixture on 4 Bunz. Layer each with slices of mozzarella, tomato and basil leaves. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Top with remaining Bunz.
