Keto Hard-Boiled Egg and Bacon Sandwich

These cute egg sandwiches are low-carb and high-fat. They make great keto-friendly snack or breakfast.

  • 6 large eggs
  • 6 pieces cooked bacon, cut into thirds
  • 3 slices cheddar cheese, cut into quarters
  • 1 avocado, thinly sliced and halved


  • In large pot, place steamer basket over 1” of water; cover and bring to boil. Place eggs in basket, cover and cook 10 minutes. Move eggs to bowl filled with ice. Peel eggs and cut in half lengthwise.
  • On top of one egg half, place 3 pieces bacon, 2 pieces cheese and 2 pieces avocado. Top with the other half of egg and secure with toothpick.
