Ingredients

  • 1 large ripe avocado, pit and peel discarded
  • Zest and juice of 2 limes
  • 2 ounces cream cheese
  • 1 cup baby spinach
  • 2 cups Simple Truth™ Unsweetened Almond Milk
  • 4 scoops Simple Truth™ Unflavored Collagen Peptides
  • 1 tablespoon monk fruit sweetener
  • 1⁄4 teaspoon vanilla extract

Directions

  • Place all ingredients in blender. Blend 30-60 seconds or until smooth and creamy.
  • Divide between serving glasses.
