- 1 large ripe avocado, pit and peel discarded
- Zest and juice of 2 limes
- 2 ounces cream cheese
- 1 cup baby spinach
- 2 cups Simple Truth™ Unsweetened Almond Milk
- 4 scoops Simple Truth™ Unflavored Collagen Peptides
- 1 tablespoon monk fruit sweetener
- 1⁄4 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Place all ingredients in blender. Blend 30-60 seconds or until smooth and creamy.
- Divide between serving glasses.
