  • 2 cups kale leaves
  • 2 carrots, peeled
  • 1 cucumber, peeled
  • 2 green onions
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 2 cups purified water


  • Place kale, carrots, cucumber, onions, garlic, and 1 cup of water in a blender and blend until thoroughly combined.
  • Add remaining 1 cup of water as needed while blending until desired consistency is achieved.
