- 2 cups kale leaves
- 2 carrots, peeled
- 1 cucumber, peeled
- 2 green onions
- 2 garlic cloves
- 2 cups purified water
- Place kale, carrots, cucumber, onions, garlic, and 1 cup of water in a blender and blend until thoroughly combined.
- Add remaining 1 cup of water as needed while blending until desired consistency is achieved.
