Kiwi Starter Smoothie

If you donʼt have fresh pineapple, you can substitute drained, canned pineapple chunks in this recipe. The flavor will still be yummy, but fresh is always best.

Ingredients

  • 3 sliced kiwi fruit
  • 1 cup fresh pineapple chunks
  • 1 banana
  • 1 cup tropical fruit juice
  • 2 ice cubes
  • 2 tsp. fresh mint

Directions

  • Combine all ingredients in blender. Blend until smooth. Pour into glasses and serve immediately.
