- 4 large kosher eggs
- 4 slices kosher cheddar cheese
- 4 slices smoked salmon
- 4 kosher English muffins, split
- In a medium skillet over medium-low heat, fry the eggs to desired doneness.
- Layer cheese, smoked salmon and eggs on an English muffin.
- Serve and refrigerate leftovers.
