Lean Steak Fondue
Select a variety of sauces, like barbecue, mustard, or sweet and sour sauce, to dip your beef in after cooking.

- 1 cup canola oil
- 1 filet mignon (1 lb.), cut into 1-inch cubes
- Heat oil in a larges saucepan over medium-high heat until it boils. Carefully transfer oil to a fondue pot.
- Use fondue forks to dip each cube of in hot oil until cooked.
