This Peruvian dessert is lighter that flan, less sweet, and has a thin crust on top. Best of all, it’s easy to make!

- 3 cups whole milk
- 4 large egg yolks
- 4 large eggs
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- Preheat the oven to 300°F. Process all the ingredients in a blender, strain, and pour into 6 ramekins. Place the ramekins in a large pan filled with an inch of hot water. Bake for 1 hour. Take out of the oven, cool, and refrigerate.
- Do not unmold. Serve this dessert in the ramekins.
