Leftover Pasta Salad
For an even more nutritious dish, steam the broccoli instead of cooking it in boiling water.

Ingredients
- 1⁄2 cup water
- 1 cup frozen broccoli
- 1⁄2 Tbsp. olive oil
- 3 cups cold, cooked pasta
- 1⁄2 cup canned tuna, drained
- 1 medium tomato, sliced
- 1⁄4 tsp. salt
- 2 tsp. julienned fresh basil
Directions
- Bring the water to a boil. Cook the frozen broccoli in the boiling water for 5 minutes until the broccoli is tender. Drain.
- Add the olive oil to the pasta and toss. Mix in the tuna. Top with the tomatoes and the broccoli. Sprinkle with salt and top with basil.
