Lemon Almond Dressing

  • ¼ cup raw almonds
  • 1 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
  • ¼ cup water
  • 1½ tsp. honey
  • ¼ tsp. lemon pepper
  • ½ slice (1" diameter) peeled ginger
  • ¼ clove garlic
  • ½ tsp. dried chives
  • ½ tsp. dried basil

  • Place all ingredients in blender; blend until smooth.
