- 2 large apples, peeled and cored
- 4 medium lemons, peeled
- 1 Tbsp. honey
- 2 Tbsp. chopped mint
- 2 cups water
- 1 cup ice
- Combine apple, lemons, honey, mint and 1 cup water in a blender and blend for 30 seconds.
- Add the remaining 1 cup water and ice and blend until smooth and thoroughly mixed. Serve.
