Lemon Bean Dip
This is a high-protein light snack that will go well with veggie sticks such as carrots, bell peppers, zucchini, broccoli, and cherry tomatoes.

- 1 can (14 oz.) white beans, drained and rinsed
- 2 cloves garlic, peeled
- 1 tsp. fresh basil, chopped
- 2 Tbsp. freshly squeezed lemon juice
- Thoroughly blend all ingredients in a food processor.
