Lemon-Dill Sauce

A delicious dressing for vegetables, green salads, and seafood, this bright and creamy sauce has a lively citrus kick. When available, use 1 teaspoon chopped fresh dill instead of the dried.

  • 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 2 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 1 Tbsp. nutritional yeast
  • 1⁄2 tsp. all-purpose seasoning
  • 1⁄4 tsp. dried dill

  • Use immediately or store in an airtight container, refrigerate, and use within 2 days.
