This glaze has the perfect amount of sweet and tart. Serve it with cakes or breads, or drizzled over fruit and vegan ice cream.

- 1 Tbsp. vegan margarine
- 2 cups confectioners' sugar
- 3 Tbsp. lemon juice
- Melt margarine over low heat in a small saucepan. Remove from heat and whisk in sugar and lemon juice until smooth.
- Store unused glaze in the refrigerator in an airtight container.
