Lemon Grilled Asparagus

You can also let the asparagus marinate in a container with the olive oil and lemon juice before grilling.

  • 1 bunch asparagus (14 oz.)
  • 3 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 3 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • ½ tsp. salt
  • ¼ tsp. ground black pepper


  • Preheat the panini press. Place asparagus stalks on the heated press and drizzle with olive oil and lemon juice. Close lid and grill for 3–5 minutes. Remove from press, sprinkle with salt and pepper, and serve warm.
