Lemon Iced Tea
Use standard black tea for a traditional flavor or get creative with different herbal blends. Agave nectar melds fluidly with the tea; substitute honey or another sweetener if you prefer.

- 6 tea bags
- 6 cups water
- 4 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 4 Tbsp. agave nectar
- Place tea bags into a large heatproof pitcher.
- Measure water into a kettle or saucepan and place over high heat. Once water begins to steam but not boil, remove from heat and pour into pitcher.
- Let tea steep 3–5 minutes, depending upon taste. Remove tea bags from pitcher and discard. Add lemon juice and agave nectar and stir well to combine.
- Let tea cool at room temperature or place pitcher in refrigerator and chill before serving.
