Lemon-Oregano Salad Dressing

- 1⁄4 cup white wine vinegar
- 1⁄2 tsp. dry mustard
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 2 cloves garlic, chopped
- 1 tsp. dried oregano
- 1⁄4 tsp. salt
- 1⁄8 tsp. ground black pepper
- 1⁄2 cup extra-virgin olive oil
- Put all the ingredients except the olive oil into a blender and blend until smooth.
- Slowly add in the oil in a thin stream. Bottle and give it a good shake before serving.
